Implementing Change through Skills

Education is the key to success how true is this statement. In the days, we live in everyone believes that the only way you can be successful is completing your matric, going to University graduate then get a decent job.

The unemployment rate in South Africa, especially the  Youth Unemployment Rate is 52%, it is the thirds highest rate in the world. Not to mention the dropout rate in Tertiary institution  15% and we have over 600 000 unemployed graduates. What might be the cause of all this insane rates?
South Africa is on the eighth position of the highest unemployment rate. If we could think about it, the government spends about R31, 8 BILLIONS ONLY ON EDUCATION and YET we have the high rate of unemployment and poverty. It is been estimated that the rate of poverty is about 39% over 12 MILLION people live in EXTREME POVERTY. Which takes me back is Education the only  key to success?

Am not against Education neither for education. I highly believe in individuals skills and abilities.Statically it’s been proven that most dropouts are due to lack of information and obviously financially state. How can you do something because of the society either go to the university where else you know that you don’t have money I do know what you call it, but I call it Stupidity!
how many people who know how to sing or act whom are not given chances to express their Talents ,skills and abilities ,yet we have  people going to  “School” of music to be taught how to sing, school of art taught how to fix draw yet they are people who know how to without being taught to . We have people who know how electrical appliances, trouble shoot, programming, building cars etc. Yet they never went to school for that but we find people doing computer sciences, Engineering going o technical schools been taught how to do that. Kathryn Is a fourteen-year-old child who can build a car from scratch, did she have to school for that to be taught how? Wait… isn’t that engineering?  7-year-old Zora who is Programmer did she have to go to school for that? Isn’t that Computer Sciences? What about Akrit Jaswal the youngest surgeon at the age of Seven  did he go to any Medical School I don’t think so he performed  his first operation  at the age of 7 on an 8-year-old girl whose hands were fused after been burnt and it was a successful operation . Yet we have people going to Medical schools to be taught how to.
Poverty, unemployment and crime main cause is general to be blamed on Poor Education System. Yet Billions is spent on Education.Graduates still hardly have access to jobs, Why? Didn't  they say Education is the key to success? In every individual, there’s a certain talent, skill and ability the only problem is who is willing to discover those talents.Talents that can change the world.Which can eradicate poverty, unemployment, and crime? We can see that education is not implementing change but am not saying stopping it will make a difference. (Laughs)  God created different people for a reason some can, some cannot. I met one of the street kids and I had a chat with him he told me he was good at Dancing and Singing but he is in the street because he was or is not given a chance to express what he good at. When he grows up he will be influenced in bad things trying to better up his life his access to crime will increase the rate of Crime. Such things we as people we not aware of! If it was… actually it is possible if every person could express what they good at change will take place am not saying poverty, neither unemployment will end but Eradicate.People engage to crime because they are never given chances to showcase what they good at yet we complain about poverty. Doesn’t matter how small you think your skill can be but it can bring change that little change is Change. If I were a President I would give Chances to all uneducated people and discover  their abilities, talent, and skills. I do not care how many degrees you have, but I care about what you are able to do your.Degree is what you taught, applying what you taught. but I want someone who can apply what they  know and they can do not do what they have been taught. I know a lot of people who went to University to study what they were told to study which they did before you know it they  drop out and Pursue what they love. Why, not everything is about school neither education. It’s about what you love and passionate about. Not to forget Blessing Mngobeni , he used to live in the street..Most known examples

Paul Allen

Net worth: $12.7 billion
Source of wealth: Microsoft and investments
Education: Washington State University drop out

Bill Gates
Net worth: $54 billion
Source of wealth: Microsoft
Education: Harvard University drops out

Ingvar Kampar
Net worth: $23.5 billion
Source of wealth: ALDI
Education: no higher education
The list goes on and asks yourself how they do it? Don’t try to imitate them but go hard for something you passionate about what you good at, you love …..Let’s start taking individuals skills into consideration to better up our world. DON’T STOP EDUCATION THOUGH BUT implement program for discovering people’ skills and ability let our main focus be the people in the streets first ,people experiencing poverty maybe this Grant thing will end and money distributed will be used for better things because in the next coming years this world will be disastrous .
Bringing Awareness to Change the world
How true is this statement =Education is key to Success? What if I said: In discovering individuals, skills and talents can be the most powerful weapon to change the world.
Am deeply concerned about the dropouts, unemployment, and crime and poverty rate.
The question is Where to Start?
